Got the straps on Monday after ordering late Friday night. Super quick! They look awesome and seem like they could take a lot of abuse. I got the 499 Tan, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Zane was very friendly and helpful when i asked a question, and had excellent communication about the order. Really nice product and great service! Thanks!

I ordered a replacement strap for my M35 build. I got an almost immediate response when I asked a few questions about the strap. I ordered what Zane suggested and it shipped the same day. The strap is first class! Perfect color, nice heavy material and solid buckle and end cap. It’s going to look nicer than the can and bracket it’s going to attach to. Zane also went over the top on packaging. Not only was it wrapped and taped with multiple layers, he also included a nice business card, a sticker, and 2 plastic army men. (Who doesn’t like plastic army men and stickers?) There was even a hand written thank you note on the invoice. When I get my pioneer tool rack ready, I know where I’m ordering the straps. I wish more people understood how a little effort goes such a long way. Thank you again sir!
